Who is

Dr. Paul Caron?

Hey hey! Glad you’re here. I’m a rehab specialist, strength and conditioning coach, and former Division 1 rugby player who loves helping people understand how their bodies work.

I don’t believe bodies are broken or dysfunctional — just adapting and managing with what they have available. My job is to help you regain more options in your movement!

I work with active adults, athletes, and anyone tired of guessing what to stretch, where to push, or why their body feels the way it does. Whether you’re dealing with pain, stiffness, or just want to lift smarter and move with confidence, I meet you where you are — and give you a clear path forward.

My background? I’ve coached and competed. I’ve got my Doctorate in Chiropractic, Masters in Sport Health Science, and Degrees in Biological Studies, and Spanish. (I also minored in biomedical engineering). I blend it all.

Outside the office, you’ll find me with my beautiful girlfriend Dr. Samantha Broussard, lifting/sprinting, coaching rugby, making art, or exploring Atlanta. I’m Belgian-American and fluent in English, Spanish, and French. See you all soon.
